| For designing our products we use newest computer systems offered by modern technology. In the SOLID-EDGE environment we create 3D castings solids. A Computer simulation program MAGMA allows us to verify assumptions taken at the beginning of the project. That results in reducing the time and the cost of implementation the casting into production. The software NX 10 translates files created in SOLID EDGE into our CNC machines on which the patterns are produced. Castings are manufactured on the world's largest flaskless automatic molding line with a vertical division DISA - 280-C. This guarantees that we achieve very high efficiency, dimensional repeatability and also excellent casting surface quality, unreachable by other manufacturers. As a result, we can offer products that will definitely meet your expectations in terms of quality and price.
